5. Image Copyrights & Usage

You own all the rights to the photos created using our Services. We promise not to use your generated photos in advertisements or disclose your name or photos anywhere without direct consent. You have complete ownership of the copyrights to the generated photos and can use them for both personal and commercial purposes, forever.

Non-Usage Without Explicit Consent: We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your photos and data. We will not use, sell, rent, or otherwise exploit your photos or data without obtaining your explicit consent.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use our Services in any way that:

1. Violates any applicable law or regulation;
2. Infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights;
3. Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
4. Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
5. Interferes with the operation or security of our Services;
6. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services.

7. Payments and Refunds

We may bill you for your use of the Services through a third-party payment provider. The terms of service of the provider will take precedence over this Agreement in the event of a conflict.

Refunds requested within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund only if it complies with our Refund Policy.
